Removing an Item from an Order:

You may remove items from an Order up until the Order has been processed for shipment in our system.
Orders are processed several times a day during Empire Business hours Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm EST excluding Holidays.

To Delete an item from an Order:
|

1.

Click the 'Your Account' tab located in the upper right hand corner of all our pages.
|
|
2.

If you are not logged on, you will be prompted to do so.
|
|
3.

Select the Order History tab in the right nav bar.
|
|
4.
|
A list will appear directly below Order history in the nav bar.
|
|
5.
|
Select either your "Open" or "On Hold" Orders tab.
|
|
6.
|
Click 'View' next to the Order you wish to remove items from.
|
|
7.
|
Below each item in that Order you will see the 'Remove from Order' link.
